Lake Hume
Lake Hume is very low and exposes the red earth that is a stunning contrast to the blue water and sky.
2003 Fire Disaster Remains
The 2003 intense fire that swept through the mountains of Vic devastated vast areas and it appears that most of the areas have not recovered. The mountain going up to Mount Hotham in many areas look like ghost trees as they have been totally killed by the extreme heat that they were exposed to.

Colin and I are really enjoying a thermos cup of tea after our fantastic ride on the winding, stunning road at Black Spur just out of Melbourne.This is where many bikers come on the week-ends to enjoy the winding roads.
